Give us a call or email us to talk briefly through your options and next steps; we’re always happy to send out a tour manager or representative to come and meet with you at school at a time of your choosing. This ‘pre-booking’ meeting can be extremely useful, especially for first time tour organisers. Once you have decided on your preferred travel option use our helpful letter template to promote the tour to the parents of your students. (See ‘Letter Template 1’).


TAKE A LOOK!
Many group leaders prefer to have visited their touring destination before arriving with dozens of tired children in tow! We’re happy to facilitate this and offer 2 different ‘MALTAFEST INSPECTION TRIPS’ each year for prospective group leaders to have a look at the resort, the sports venues and the facilities.
Please contact your tour manager for information on availability and dates. Please note, places on our Saloufest inspection visits cost £100 per person (including flights, 2 nights accommodation, meals and all foreign transfers). This money will be credited to your tour account on booking your tour to MasterClass Malta with SET Sports Tours.


BOOKING FORMS
Once you have sufficient deposits for your group- print the relevant booking form from our website. Please contact us should you prefer to receive booking forms in the post.
Read the terms and conditions then complete and sign a copy of the form (we suggest you retain a copy of you completed booking form for your records) then return your signed booking form to SET along with your deposit.


DEPOSITS
Deposits for MasterClass Malta groups are normally £75 per person. Cheques should be made payable to: ’SET Sports Tours.’ Please note we also accept all major credit/debit cards (exc. American Express).

DETAILS
Before departure we’ll need some information from you to ensure we can properly arrange every element of the tour. We’ll need you to complete a passenger list, complete with dates of birth, sexes and full names as they appear on passports. This list needs to be accurate and kept up to date, as it will be given to the ferry company/airline as a passenger manifest. We will also need a rooming list completed to allow us to expedite check in and pre-allocate rooms. The ‘MasterClass Malta Passenger List’ and ‘MasterClass Malta Rooming List’ can be downloaded from our website. We suggest you also download our ‘Group Leader Checklist’ to ensure you haven’t missed something!


FINAL PAYMENT
Final payment is due 8 weeks before your group departs for Malta. Please note, as per our terms and conditions, that any payments made late without written authorisation from your tour manager may endanger your pre-payments and tour arrangements. Please keep in contact with us at all times, especially if you are experiencing difficulties with your group. WE ARE HERE TO HELP!


BEFORE YOU GO
Your school management will no doubt want to see risk assessments for your trip along with other evidence that you have taken steps to ensure that your group’s safety is being considered at all times.
On request, we will provide you with a full set of risk assessments, safety policy statements and health and safety documentation.
